**Position Summary:** The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, promoting quality through collaboration with patients and families while adhering to laws and standards.
**Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:**
Associates or bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Active RN license in good standing.
Two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics, with current CPR certification.

Ability to make independent decisions and implement departmental policies.
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
