The LPN/RN Hall Nurse position involves providing nursing care to assigned residents in a long-term care setting. The role requires a minimum of graduation from an approved LPN program, with preferred training in rehabilitative practices and experience in a medical facility. Key responsibilities include planning unit activities, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining confidentiality, administering medications, and monitoring resident conditions.
