Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with office staff to accept new patients
Complete necessary paperwork and payroll
Maintain open communication with patients and health agencies
Collaborate with Physical Therapists for patient management
Complete daily visit notes and paperwork
Attend training meetings as required
Job Requirements:
Current Physical Therapist Licensure in Ohio
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Ability to travel to patient locations
Strong communication skills
Home healthcare experience preferred
