Overview:

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 1-year commitment for new graduates and external candidates.

Weekend Requirements:

  • 0-4 years RN Experience: 4 Weekend Shifts
  • 4-10 years RN Experience: 3 Weekend Shifts
  • 10-15 years RN Experience: 2 Weekend Shifts
  • 15+ years RN Experience: No Weekend Shifts

Compensation: $32.61-$49.28 based on experience, with night and weekend differentials.

Position Summary: RNs provide high-level care, collaborate with teams, and support patients in a 24/7 hospital environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan
  • BLS certification required
  • Preferred: BSN and prior RN experience
