Integrated Primary Care – Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible Psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, or Mental Health Counselor to join our diverse team in providing accessible behavioral health care in an integrated primary care setting.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other team members to deliver culturally aware, trauma-informed care.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Provide short-term and long-term therapy, case management, and crisis management services.
• Opportunities for professional growth, including loan repayment, continuing education, and a hybrid work schedule.
• Must have a relevant doctoral or master’s degree and experience with diverse populations; bilingual skills are a plus.
