Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for the SICU/CVICU, responsible for overseeing operational functions of the nursing unit. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a minimum of 3 years of RN experience (with at least 2 years in a leadership role), and a current South Carolina RN license. Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of patient care, fostering a positive work environment, managing staff performance, and maintaining fiscal accountability.
