Summary:
Responsible for providing pulmonary care to critical, non-critical, and chronically ill patients of all ages under physician supervision. Duties include patient assessments, respiratory care planning, and performing diagnostic procedures throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergencies (Code Blue and White).
  • Manage airways and deliver aerosolized medications.
  • Operate and manage ventilators and airway support devices.
  • Conduct blood gas analysis and EKG analysis.
  • Document care accurately and maintain equipment.
  • Participate in CAP and JC surveys.
  • May serve as Shift or Team Leader.
  • Advanced skills may include pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopy assistance.

    • Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience preferred.
  • RT or RCP License required.
  • BLS and RRT certification required.

    • Work Schedule: TBD
    Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
