Clinical Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Director for our Concord/Charlotte, NC clinic to oversee high-quality therapy services for children with autism and learning disabilities. The role involves monitoring clinic compliance, coaching clinical staff, assessing client progress, and addressing concerns from parents and staff. Candidates must be BCBA certified for at least three years and have prior leadership experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office or G-suite applications. This is a full-time, in-person position.
