Join our team as a Registered Nurse and take advantage of a limited-time $20,000 hiring bonus with front-loaded PTO. Opportunities are available in Springfield, Lincoln, Decatur, and Jacksonville.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • RN license in Illinois and current BLS/CPR certification required.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide age-appropriate nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
  • Delegate and supervise tasks for LPNs and unlicensed personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document patient care.
