> REF:#59ce0ae1341ae2c7Position Overview: This role focuses on providing high-quality pediatric therapy services while supervising therapy assistants. The therapist will evaluate patients’ functional status, develop treatment plans, and communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify equipment needs.
- Develop and implement treatment programs with specific goals.
- Maintain clinical records and report changes in patient conditions.
- Supervise therapy assistants and participate in discharge planning.
- Instruct families and caregivers on treatment regimens.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current therapy license and CPR certification (if applicable).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
