Occupational Therapist – OT (Full-Time) – Restore Outpatient of Chilton County

Job Description

Position Overview: This role focuses on providing high-quality pediatric therapy services while supervising therapy assistants. The therapist will evaluate patients’ functional status, develop treatment plans, and communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify equipment needs.
• Develop and implement treatment programs with specific goals.
• Maintain clinical records and report changes in patient conditions.
• Supervise therapy assistants and participate in discharge planning.
• Instruct families and caregivers on treatment regimens.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current therapy license and CPR certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
