RN / Registered Nurse – Hospice On-Call

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the care experience for patients and their families. On-Call RNs will handle routine and emergency visits after hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and adjust care plans
• Administer prescribed medications
• Provide counseling to patients and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state licensure
• 1+ years of nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice care preferred
• Knowledge of hospice care philosophy
