Speech-Language Pathologist – $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team, providing evaluations and treatments for children and families. New graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome and will receive mentorship. A $5,000 hiring bonus is available for external new hires.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment as per Doctor’s orders.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA practitioners.

Compensation:

• SLP annual pay: $70,000 – $81,000; Clinical Fellow: $65,000.
• Up to $9,600 in clinical incentive bonuses.

Full-time positions available in Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, and Brooklyn Center, MN. No nights or weekends required.
