We are looking for a Weekend Physical Therapist (PT) – Per Diem Float to deliver compassionate home care on Saturdays and Sundays, with 8-hour shifts and weekend premium pay. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to enhance their functional mobility, prevent falls, and ensure home safety through individualized care plans.

  • NH PT License (DPT preferred)
