Registered Nurse- Night Shift

Job Description

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (Night Shift) is responsible for delivering nursing care to patients, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and developing individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include ongoing patient assessments, medication administration, and communication with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and concerns.

• Coordinates care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs.
• Documents patient status and ensures treatment plans are tailored to needs.
• Administers medications and monitors compliance.
• Participates in team meetings and provides patient education.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reports to oncoming staff.

Qualifications: RN license, experience in behavioral health preferred, CPR and de-escalation certification required.
