Join a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) focused on early intervention for children aged birth to 3 years. You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, collaborating with families to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting multidisciplinary assessments.
  • Providing direct speech therapy services.
  • Developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Documenting progress and assessments.
  • Coordinating services and facilitating parent-child interactions.

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or CF eligibility.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
