You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, collaborating with families to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting multidisciplinary assessments.
- Providing direct speech therapy services.
- Developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
- Documenting progress and assessments.
- Coordinating services and facilitating parent-child interactions.
Requirements:
- Massachusetts licensure as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or CF eligibility.
- Knowledge of early childhood development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
