Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering a sign-on bonus and encouraging applications from graduate and newly licensed nurses. The position involves 12-hour shifts (6a-6p) and includes the following duties:

• Provide nursing care and administer medications as assigned.
• Support and educate patients and families on health care instructions.
• Collaborate with team members in planning and evaluating patient care.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and report patients’ vital signs and conditions.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assist with unit management as needed.
