Join the Outpatient Physical Medicine Department as a full-time Physical Therapist in Putnam, CT, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Under the direction of the Physical Medicine Director, you will administer physical therapy programs to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients as prescribed.
• Document treatment progress and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and direct assistants.
• Participate in professional development and program planning.

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy.
• Connecticut licensure and CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of clinical experience.
