LindenGrove Mukwonago is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic care for older adults in assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Positions available include full-time, part-time, or PRN for AM or PM shifts, with pay ranging from $36.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus and shift differentials for PM shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing residents’ nursing needs.
• Administering medications and monitoring health conditions.
• Coordinating care in compliance with regulations.
• Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring quality care.
