Job Description

Seeking Social Workers for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System to provide services aligned with VA policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments and crisis interventions.
• Document care plans and safety measures in medical records.
• Facilitate family and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with discharge planning and resource referrals.
• Address abuse or neglect findings and consult as needed.

Qualifications:

• LCSW license required.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• MSW from an accredited institution.
• BLS certification.

Pay: $36.91/hr with benefits. Military-friendly employer.
