RN – Nurse Residency (San Antonio All Locations)

Job Description

We are accepting applications for the February 2025 New Grad RN Residency Program, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This program is designed for recent nursing graduates or RNs with less than 6 months of experience, providing a one-year structured residency to enhance skills and confidence in a hospital setting.

Locations include various units within CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, such as The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio and Medical Center. Applicants will participate in virtual interviews and receive mentorship from experienced nurses.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Experience: Less than 6 months as a licensed RN or active GN permit
• Licenses: BLS required, RN License in state of employment

Work schedule varies; full-time positions available.
