Essential Functions:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient abilities and establishing treatment goals.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
- Ensure safety and compliance with treatment protocols.
- Maintain therapy areas and equipment.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a COTA and BLS certification.
- One year of direct patient care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
