Essential Functions:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient abilities and establishing treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Maintain therapy areas and equipment.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as a COTA and BLS certification.
• One year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
