Job Summary:
The Nurse (RN or LPN) provides direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervises nursing assistants, and supports daily living activities to ensure residents’ health and safety.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs for optimal care.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting in accordance with policies.
Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

Qualifications:
Must have a nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology, and a current Illinois unencumbered RN or LPN license.
