Job Description

The Registered Nurse I (RN I) in the MED Telemetry Step-Down department is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and adherence to professional nursing standards. RN I must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives.

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required; relevant specialty certification preferred.
