Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Admission/Discharge processes
• Complete accident/incident reports
• Transcribe physician orders and document resident information
• Administer medications as ordered
• Participate in Care Planning and conferences
• Maintain rapport with all disciplines
• Engage in continuing education

Requirements:

• Current RN License in Wisconsin
• Ability to interact tactfully with various stakeholders
• Willingness to receive the COVID vaccine or obtain an exemption
