Clinical Manager (RN) Inpatient Rehab Unit/Full-time

Job Description

Position Summary: The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU), collaborating with the Director and Medical Staff to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Certification/Licenses: Current New Mexico R.N. license, BLS certification, and preferred national certification in expertise area.
• Skills: Strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, team motivation, organizational skills, and experience in administrative collaboration with physicians.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical medical/surgical roles and 2 years in progressive management.
