Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient health and administer care within LPN/LVN scope.
  • Ensure patient safety and address customer complaints.
  • Implement individualized care plans and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation.

    • Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  • Preferred one year of nursing experience.
  • Current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification required.
