Responsibilities:

• 1:1 patient care and assessments
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
• Electronic documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN. Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour. RN License required.
