Job Description

Job Summary: This nursing position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in line with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of care provided by themselves and their team, utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills tailored to the developmental needs of patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification and completion of CPI training required.

Physical Demands: The role requires physical agility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in education and mentoring of staff and patients.

Location: Behavioral Health Services
Schedule: Regular Part Time, 20 hours, 12-hour shifts.
