The nurse is accountable for the quality of care provided by themselves and their team, utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills tailored to the developmental needs of patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification and completion of CPI training required.
Physical Demands: The role requires physical agility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication skills.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
- Participate in education and mentoring of staff and patients.
Location: Behavioral Health Services
Schedule: Regular Part Time, 20 hours, 12-hour shifts.
