Behavioral Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time In-Home Behavioral Therapist in Arlington, MA, offering competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour based on experience. The position requires working with clients Monday-Friday, totaling 21 hours per week, primarily after school hours.

Responsibilities:

• Implement 1:1 ABA treatment as per the client’s plan.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor.
• Respond to client and family needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or pursuing a related degree.
• Preferred experience in ABA therapy or with special needs children.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a CORI check.
• Active RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour training course.
