We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team in Denver, CO, with a $10k sign-on bonus for new hires. In this role, you will provide direct care to skilled nursing patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient and family care experiences.

  • Evaluate patients’ functional status and home environment
  • Develop treatment programs and goals
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Participate in discharge planning and case conferences

    • Qualifications:

  • ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy degree
  • Current state licensure
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in home health

    • Salary range: $87,000 – $100,000 per year.
