Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Care Coordination Program

Overview: Seeking a PTA to join a care coordination program focused on enhancing the lives of seniors. This role allows for practice at the top of your license with flexible scheduling and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and wellness services under PT supervision.
• Conduct wellness visits and assist with telehealth appointments.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to program development.
• Optimize patient well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Accredited PTA program completion (new grads welcome).
• Current PTA state licensure.

Compensation: $33.00 – $45.00 per hour + $2,500 sign-on bonus.
