Job Description

Position: RN Hospice Weekend Baylor

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (or Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 8 AM – 8 PM

Salary: $93k – $98k annually, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial nursing assessments
• Coordinate and revise patient care plans
• Communicate patient progress to the care team
• Educate families on patient care
• Perform on-call duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
