Job Description

Join a rapidly growing, locally owned hospice company as a Hospice RN Case Manager in the Prince William County area. Responsibilities include managing hospice care for patients at home, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and supervising LPNs and aides.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Virginia
