Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to connect with individuals one-on-one and help them improve their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Additional pay available through a pay-per-test model for qualifying members.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and various benefits, including malpractice coverage and travel incentives.
• Must have a state license and be willing to relocate to Jackson, MS.
