LPN – Resident Care Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), also known as a Resident Care Supervisor, to join our clinical team. This role involves ensuring the health and well-being of residents in Assisted Living Facilities by providing nursing care, assisting with medications, and monitoring personal care services.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and monitoring self-medication programs.
• Supervising Resident Assistants and assisting with direct care.
• Reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensuring high standards of resident care and respect for their rights.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Salary: $25.30 – $27.60/hour
