Job Description

As the Vice President of Home Health Operations, you will spearhead the establishment of our new operations in New Mexico, shaping the future of pediatric home health care. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading operations to ensure compliance with regulations and agency goals.
• Building and developing teams through hiring, training, and empowerment.
• Optimizing finances by managing budgets and performance.
• Fostering collaboration with stakeholders, including staff and community partners.
• Promoting quality care aligned with clinical best practices.
• Elevating awareness through community engagement and marketing.

Qualifications include 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and RN credentials. This on-site role in Albuquerque requires regional travel. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000, plus incentives.
