Position: Clinic Director – Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview: Seeking an OT to lead a senior living community, overseeing care delivery and operational initiatives while providing therapy services. This role includes advising on treatment planning and maintaining ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee care delivery in compliance with regulations.
• Implement company policies and quality initiatives.
• Provide occupational therapy and wellness services.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to program development.

Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
