Job Description

The Registered Nurse II (RN II) at the Crisis Receiving Center is responsible for executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership while overseeing patient education and safety initiatives. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a minimum of 1872 hours of RN experience (936 with BSN). Required certifications include an RN license and BLS certification.
