Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Concord, MA, to support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department and maintaining quality care standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in regulatory compliance and effective communication with nursing staff.
• Promoting positive employee relations and a strong customer service ethic.
• Ensuring the integrity of educational programs and mentoring staff for leadership roles.

Requirements include a minimum of one year in long-term or acute care, two years of nursing supervisory experience, current RN licensure, and a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Travel may be required for meetings and marketing duties.
