Job Description

Overview:
This full-time clinical physician lead role involves providing high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients under the supervision of the CMO. Responsibilities include collaborating with non-physician practitioners, engaging with facility leadership, and auditing medical orders. The role may also involve medical directorships and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be a Doctor of Medicine with at least two years of administrative leadership experience and seven years of clinical experience preferred. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is required, along with active state licensure.

Skills:
Effective communication, compassion, patience, organizational skills, and proficiency in electronic record-keeping are essential.

Salary: USD $187,000.00 – $230,000.00 / Year
