Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evening Supervisor

Job Description

Position Summary: The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, promoting quality through collaboration with patients and families while adhering to regulations and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

Specific Job Requirements:

• Expert knowledge in nursing practices.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines in post-acute care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and coordinate patient care to ensure well-being.
