We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a full-time, day shift position at our facility in Mukwonago, WI. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in supervising clinical staff, planning nursing services, and ensuring resident care plans are followed. Responsibilities include filling in as a floor nurse, conducting training, and managing resident onboarding and offboarding procedures.
