Join a dedicated team committed to transforming the lives of children with autism through ABA Therapy. We prioritize ethical caseloads for BCBAs, fostering transparent communication and collaboration to overcome challenges.

BCBA Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Active BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about supporting children and families
  • Mentorship of Behavior Technicians

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, no weekends

  • Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 per year
