Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with potential earnings of $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Opportunity to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% in select counties.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no night or weekend work required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and travel throughout AR/OK.
• Responsibilities include medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations in members’ homes.
• Malpractice coverage and additional compensation for qualifying diagnostic tests.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree and state licensure, with a preference for those licensed in Arkansas or Oklahoma.
