Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and potential travel reimbursements.
• Conduct assessments including medication reviews and physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment regimens.
• Minimum of 10 hours per week required; flexible scheduling options available.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree and an Oklahoma NP license (preferred). Relocation to Tulsa, OK is required, along with a willingness to travel 50% of the time.
