Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality care to residents in Newton, MA. The PT will be part of an interdisciplinary team, managing resources to ensure effective and efficient treatment while balancing outcomes and costs.

Essential Duties:

• Direct and provide rehabilitation care following accepted practices and standards.
• Evaluate resident needs and create effective treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and active PT license in the state.
• Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
