We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions in Peabody, MA, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing. The OT will provide high-level resident care across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing rehabilitation care and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating with staff and participating in resident screenings.
  • Managing clinical documentation and billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.
