Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) for a 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Assign staff to tasks appropriately.
• Foster a positive work environment for patients and families.
• Provide information and support to patients and the healthcare team.
• Report promptly to the Executive Director/Administrator.
• Communicate significant changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with over a year of nurse leadership experience in long-term healthcare.
