Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for providing nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to evidence-based practices and organizational policies. The RN practices autonomously within state regulations, delivers age-appropriate care, and delegates tasks to the nursing team. Responsibilities include performing assessments, documenting in electronic systems, and maintaining clinical knowledge. The RN must demonstrate critical thinking, participate in quality improvement, and serve as a mentor and resource for peers. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Nursing, valid RN licensure, and relevant certifications. This full-time position requires night shifts and rotating weekends.
