Job Description

Position: Clinical Supervisor (RN) at Bent County Correctional Facility, Las Animas, CO.

Salary: $129,100 annually.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily clinical operations and managing nursing activities.
• Supervising nursing staff and non-licensed healthcare providers, including training and performance evaluations.
• Providing direct patient care and ensuring adequate staffing.
• Performing triage, physical assessments, and emergency care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current state licensure.
• Two years of nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
